Position Summary: The Global Head of People Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire spectrum of human resources functions across our global organization. The successful candidate will lead a talented global team, providing guidance and expertise in HR technology, people analytics, process design, compliance, and shared services.
HR Technology and Systems:
– Lead the selection, implementation, and management of HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
– Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems.
– Stay updated on HR technology trends and leverage innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.
People Analytics:
– Develop and lead a data-driven HR analytics function to provide insights and support data-informed decision-making.
– Identify key HR metrics, analyze workforce data, and report on trends to drive HR strategy and improve organizational effectiveness.
– Use predictive analytics to proactively address HR challenges and opportunities.
Process Design and Optimization:
– Oversee the Global Mobility and Shared services team that is responsible for reviewing and redesigning HR processes and workflows for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
– Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations globally.
– Ensure seamless and standardized HR processes across regions.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
– Oversee HR compliance efforts to ensure adherence to global labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
– Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect legal requirements and ethical standards.
– Collaborate with legal counsel and local HR teams to address compliance issues.
Shared Services Management:
– Oversee shared services teams responsible for HR administration, payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
– Ensure shared services teams provide exceptional service and support to employees globally.
– Continuously improve service delivery and efficiency.
Strategic Leadership:
– Collaborate with the SVP and Global CPO and executive team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and business objectives.
– Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support growth and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in global HR leadership roles
- A strong background in HR technology, people analytics, driving transformation across a technology roadmap along with process design and compliance
- Proven track record to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives at scale
- Has had experience at delivering data analytics to shareholders alongside a CPO
- Able to Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making within the internal and external business
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across multiple countries.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with HR software, vendor management at scale
- Experience with compliance and regulatory affairs across a global organization
- Proven experience with driving transformative change management
