The VP, Demand Generation Marketing will be an acquisition expert who will own the development and implementation of FloQast’s demand generation strategy, helping to increase awareness, build our prospect database, and drive new customers. You’ll report to the CMO and work collaboratively with the leaders of other Marketing functions, Sales Business Development, and FloQast’s robust partner ecosystem to determine how to best reach, educate, nurture and drive action with prospects. You’ll launch and scale new demand generation channels, nurture prospects in various stages of the funnel, optimize existing inbound channels, and discover potential platforms to drive additional lead/volume conversion to ensure that the Sales team is set up for success with a rich pool of high-quality inbound leads. 
This role will determine the right balance of traditional, digital, and account-based demand generation strategies to optimize the effectiveness of pipeline generation and marketing spend. The primary objectives and deliverables are to create, manage and execute innovative and measurable campaigns that drive high quality leads into the Sales funnel. Success will be measured not by the number of leads generated rather by the resulting pipeline and revenue generated from marketing generated leads. The ideal candidate will combine creative and analytical skills in order to leverage innovative campaigns and to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing channels, initiatives and campaigns.
This role will also partner closely with the rest of the Marketing team to launch new campaigns and deliver efficient growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires creativity with a thorough understanding of demand generation, marketing technologies and program analytics. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated self-starter and excellent people manager, who can maintain a balance between being strategic and executing at high quality and pace. You have a bias towards action with an ability to ruthlessly prioritize and a laser focus on revenue generation. You are comfortable with data and have a strong focus on trackability, measurement, and ROI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and lead multi-channel demand generation programs to generate sufficient high-quality opportunities to support aggressive revenue targets and support various segmentation strategies of the business
  • Establish and manage demand generation budget, performance metrics, and ROI. Measure results, identify trends/insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights across campaigns and programs
  • Lead the planning process for campaigns to drive the demand generation and account based programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test, and refine the end-to-end digital channel customer experience, and oversee A/B testing programs
  • Collaborate across departments on campaign development, execution, measurement and optimization
  • Partner with other Marketing teams such as Product Marketing, Brand, Comms, as well as PR/AR and digital agencies to develop creative, impactful global large scale multi-channel campaigns
  • Partner and collaborate closely with global Sales teams to develop and generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound activities
  • Recruit, lead and mentor a high performing team of Demand Generation marketers
  • Model and maintain a culture that promotes the ability to balance high velocity and a high rate of change

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • At least 9+ years of demand generation experience
  • Experience working at a SaaS company is strongly desired; B2B experience preferred
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (such as Hubspot) and integration with Salesforce and other data technologies
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple people, and projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to hire and retain top talent to build out an effective team
  • Creative and innovative thinker; when presented with a problem, comes up with innovative ways to address
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into action
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with close attention to quality and detail
