We seek a talented designer who enjoys tackling challenging UX problems, creating functional and aesthetic UIs, and turning them into polished components. You’ll be working for a leading company in the medical technology sector. As a member of the 10Clouds Design Team and our client’s design team, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with exceptional designers from both sides.

In this project for a client with a solution from the banking industry, related to translations and currency exchange. The aim of the project is to analyze internal processes related to sales and customer service, along with proposing solutions to increase their UX. The designer’s goals will be to support the UX Lead in conducting a series of workshops, analyzing the current state, developing new user flows/service blueprints and recommendations supporting the optimization of current processes.

Your role and responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation: Lead and manage workshops to foster collaborative development.
• Product/Service Development: Adopt a holistic approach to develop entire products or services, not just individual features.
• Research: Conduct basic research across the full process, including interviews, competitor analysis, benchmarking, and service audits.
• User Experience Design: Create user flows, customer journey maps, and service blueprints. Develop low to mid-fidelity wireframes or other conceptual visualizations.
• User Story Mapping: Map out user stories and create roadmaps or similar plans.
• Documentation: Produce comprehensive reports and project documentation outlining goals, assumptions, and guidelines for next steps.
• Presentation and Communication: Develop and deliver clear, visually appealing presentations. Demonstrate high levels of empathy and effective communication skills.
• Business Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of business processes and considerations.
• Methodologies: Apply Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies in your work.

Requirements

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer/Researcher or an Inte.
• A strong portfolio of previous UX and UI design projects showcasing the designs and the process to arrive at the final solution.
• Proven workshop facilitation experience.
• Ability to maintain a holistic perspective in product/service development.
• Basic knowledge of the full research process.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews, competitor analysis, benchmarking, and service audits.
• Expertise in creating user flows, customer journey maps, service blueprints, and wireframes.
• Competence in user story mapping and roadmap creation.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• High empathy and excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Business awareness with a focus on integrating design thinking and agile/lean approaches.
