You will instantly know who they are and very likely use them yourselves. Their customers expect the best service and support and that’s where we come in. 
Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
Wed, Friday, and Saturday 4 hours (General availability 12pm-8pm Mon-Sun)
Can work at least 1 hour on Saturday/s
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
20 hours per week
90 days (as needed)

What We Are Looking For:

  • Mods will be providing tier 2 ticket-only support for various games and services as well as attending client meetings, recording bugs in issue tracking software, and testing in-game.
  • White glove service replying to customers, extremely high attention to detail- must pay very close attention to all the details provided by the customer.
  • High expectation of keeping oneself up to date with changes in information each shift as information updates frequently.
  • This is a fast paced environment and the ideal candidate must be motivated to search for information and have the initiative to do their research prior to replying.
  • Tier 2 with heavy focus on technical issues and quick, professional responsiveness to client communication in slack.

WorkSpace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
  • Quality headset
