MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Temporary Social Content Creator to join the Marketing Team! Individual reports to Senior Manager, Social Media. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.

This is a temporary 6 month position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

• Assist the Social Media Team with the development of engagement tactics and execution of strategy to help grow Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile’s followers, engagement and video views. Always pushing the brands to continuously ideate and innovate in the social space.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas. Partner with the Social Media Team to plan and create compelling content for both Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile’s social content calendars. Platforms include but are not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Threads.
• Produce engaging video content and social media images that align with each individual brand voice and resonate with our social audiences. Lead the end to end content creation for assigned social posts with design, production, editing and copywriting.
• Staying up to date on emerging and popular social media trends to develop and shoot agile creative as needed.
• Support areas of social media that cross-pollinate with copy such as content calendar post captions, video text overlay, concept pitches, etc. 
• Get acquainted with social media management platforms and analytics, in order to identify high-performing ideas and inform future tactics. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Ability to work 20+ hours per week.

• Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects at once.
• Copywriting skills and ability to master each individual brand voice.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera for content creation- ability to record and edit content at home.
• Experience with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook and Threads.
• Creative editing skills and experience working with in-app tools to create original content such as filters, sounds, visual effects, etc. 
• Experience with image/video editing software/platforms like Canva and in-app editing across platforms like TikTok, CapCut, Reels, etc. 
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, emerging technologies, new content offerings and platform capabilities.
• Knowledge of social media analytics to track audience engagement and content performance.
