The Role

The Technology Alliances Manager is responsible for driving the success & expansion of the BeyondTrust Technology Alliance Partner ecosystem.  This role is primarily responsible for promoting a specified set of strategic partners by expanding relationships and uncovering new partnering opportunities.  In this role, you will drive go-to-market activities with a set number of strategic technology alliance partners developing joint value offerings, drive joint sales initiatives and identifying new product integrations to meet our customer’s identity security needs. 

This individual must balance sales, customer requests & market needs with the overall BeyondTrust product strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, support & advance the BeyondTrust technology alliance ecosystem of partners including a specific set of strategic alliances. 
  • Help to build & deliver joint value messaging and materials supporting sales and partner enablement sessions.
  • Support Cloud Infrastructure strategic partners such as AWS and Marketplace transactions.
  • Establish regional and global alignment for all relevant points of partner relationship, eg Channel, Sales, Product, & Marketing
  • Work closely with technology alliance integration team to prioritize, build and maintain associated product integrations.
  • Collaborate with sales and channel teams to identify incremental customer opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits.
  • Create joint business plans including marketing strategies, growth plans, sales enablement and communication materials associated with growing the partnership.
  • Represent BeyondTrust as the spokesperson for Technology Partner at tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
  • Utilize current business tools to track performance & perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of technology partner influence and ROI to report success and progress.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an alliance management, or similar roles within fast growing SaaS or security company
  • Knowledge of Cloud Marketplace and private transaction process. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Confident presentation skills to clearly articulate positioning and value proposition across multiple levels, both internally & externally
  • Passion for technology & working on the cutting edge with new emerging solutions
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills supporting a process-oriented approach
  • Adept at influencing and relationship building with partners

  • Experience of working within the Cyber Security Software sector.
