About the role…

We are hiring a Technical Enablement Operations Coordinator whose mission will be to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Professional Services Enablement team and Instructor Led Training (ILT) program. A core part of this role will be to develop and scale the operational foundation and systems to drive the success of our team.

What you'll do:

Processes:

  • Build automation of customer registrations and other processes
  • Support and schedule customer training requests
  • Plan and manage multiple calendars, across geographies
  • Coordinate staffing with training partners
  • Handle all pre and post class communications
  • Own the customer survey program, analyze NPS data to define themes and report to leadership

Systems:

  • Partner with business operations to identify and support key integration needs
  • Work with CMS systems to publish course sessions
  • Administrate our event management platform for course rosters and individual signups
  • Onboard, manage and configure systems to meet the needs of the business
  • Own vendor management of key systems

Data:

  • Report and track learner credit consumption
  • Partner with finance to report revenue recognition

  • Strong analytics, operational, and project management foundation
  • Intermediate to advanced competence with GSheets and other GSuite tools
  • Salesforce business admin or power analyst skills
  • Subject matter expertise in modern tools: Zendesk; Customer Success platforms, NPS tools
  • You are energized by designing and executing processes for scale 
  • You are a true team player and excel in collaborative environments
  • You are a self starter, able to operate in ambiguous environments, and are able to break down challenges into manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment and a strong sense of accountability as well as a proven track record of driving results through indirect influence and delivering results.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities including ad hoc requests.
