Recruiters and talent acquisition managers who are keen to take the step into the world of embedded talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with us, you’ll be embedded in one of our high-growth clients’ squads, with the full support and training of our growing, diverse team of talent enthusiasts.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING WITH US…🧑‍💻

  • Sourcing, engaging, screening and assessing both passive and active candidates.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Partners to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in top hires.
  • Creating, managing and maintaining world-class candidate experience.
  • Gathering organizational insights and feedback to our internal teams.
  • Providing timely internal and external updates to candidates and client.

  • You are rigorous in your candidate approach with strict attention to detail.
