The Role

As a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide effective business data reporting and visualization for sales teams across all territories and share best practices across the board. Day-to-day you will deliver and support a variety of operational and strategic activities that support BeyondTrust’s sales initiatives. This role will report to the Sales Ops Strategic Insights & Planning Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for providing data driven insights and forward-looking indicators for continuous improvement of sales forecasts, rep efficiency analytics, opportunity pipeline analysis and conversion trends.
  • Create sales metrics by analyzing historical trends and track performance against KPIs by providing insights to sales leadership on business process improvement.
  • Support sales teams in their weekly/monthly and quarterly op rhythms.
  • Create, document, lead and improve standard operating procedures supporting the GTM motion.
  • Lead and own special initiatives and strategic priorities including ad hoc requests by sales leadership and teams.
  • Oversees data quality, information life-cycle strategy, along with performance leading and lagging measures & metrics.
  • Monitors the progress and tuning of data quality and target metrics.
  • Identify and support territory assignments, partnering with CRM teams, ensuring data integrity and cleanup projects.
  • Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Provide and build value by identifying and reporting trends, concerns and successes, by using both quantitative and qualitative factors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed by team members.
  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Analyst
  • Salesforce experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products including Office and Teams (Expert in Excel)
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with international teams in different time zones
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross functional teams
  • Highly organized with strong initiative and superior work ethic
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • First time right and attention to detail approach
  • Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated

Nice To Have

  • Dashboarding in Power BI is highly desirable
  • Experience in enabling (training) sales teams
