The Position:
OpenTable | KAYAK is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the entire EMEA region. You will be responsible for recruiting fresh talent for Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, Finance & Accounting in EMEA. This position is eligible to be fully remote.
You are a driven self-starter who is deeply passionate about candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, and being a key resource for the business.
In this role you will:

Handle full cycle recruitment responsibilities (source, screen, evaluate and recommend candidates on an ongoing basis)

Attract the best talent to OpenTable and KAYAK and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and other creative programs while accurately tracking progress through our ATS (Greenhouse)

Be a brand ambassador by building and maintaining the OpenTable and KAYAK employment brands

Constantly build positive relationships with employees across the business and functions

Pipeline talent for future roles

Help craft and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting

You have 5 or more years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and leading multiple searches (Experience with digital roles a plus)
