As a QA Manual Analyst for Aprende Institute, you will be responsible for creating tests to identify issues before the product reaches production to improve our web and platform experience.

We are looking for highly experienced QA Analysts that have a passion for delivering the highest quality.

You will report to our QA Lead and work with our QA team, Dev teams, and key stakeholders on developing unique experiences within our LMS and Web platforms.

What you will be doing:

• Work with the different teams and technologies to deliver a bug-free experience to the students.
• Write test plans, test cases, and other supplemental documentation needed in order to have a high quality QA process.
• Run regression tests on each user and student flow
• Work with the automation engineering teams to develop, execute, and improve our automation testing suite.
• Participate in the software development life cycle from end to end.
• Make sure each feature delivered by our Development team achieves the acceptance criteria for the requirements.
• Validate production deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as QA Analyst.
• Solid experience on testing web applications.
• 3+ years writing tests with a Gherkin syntax
• Experience with Automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable writing and speaking English & Spanish – We have US, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina based team members and vendors
• Able to work in a team environment, but also be able to show that when required you can work independently.
• Solid experience working in an Agile environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience testing an EdTech platform.
• Experience testing on Salesforce or any other CRM.
• Experience working with any scripting language.
• Experience running API tests (ex. Postman)
• Experience doing performance testing
