Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role: As a CRO Sr. Manager, your primary role entails developing and executing strategies aimed at enhancing website conversion rates, working within our Creative Services division. You will collaborate closely with both clients and our internal teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions, ultimately elevating conversion rates across our clients’ digital marketing channels.
Your passion lies in optimizing websites to drive business growth, and you adeptly analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint barriers to conversion. You’re a seasoned collaborator, working closely with designers and content strategists to employ a combination of UX and copy techniques to explore and leverage these opportunities. Your measure of success hinges on rigorous AB testing validation. At present, you do not have any direct reports, but you may be responsible for collaborating with vendor and contractor partners should the need arise.
Role Highlights
- Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, you will develop and drive CRO strategies and initiatives that align with client goals and objectives
- You will drive the experimentation strategy of multiple clients from different industries, and will be responsible for the strategy of each stage of a CRO Program, from initial research to test results analyses, with supervision from the Director of Creative Services
- You’ll oversee and analyze the effectiveness of CRO efforts, sharing insights and actionable suggestions directly with clients. As their strategic partner, you’ll partner with them to understand their business objectives and craft tailored strategies to fulfill them
- You will actively provide support to clients in need of help implementing or scaling their Experimentation Programs. You will serve as their CRO subject matter expert, offering guidance and insights on complex challenges related processes and technology in pursuit of this objective
- You will provide guidance, recommendations and instructions, specifically for AB testing tools, for clients venturing into CRO for the first time
- You will create and manage A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout process, forms, and other on-site conversion elements for clients
- You will conduct thorough conversion rate analyses as well as closely collaborate with UX strategists, UI designers, content writers, and developers to implement designs optimized for conversion
- Analyzing and interpreting data from various analytics and CRO tools, you will combine various data points, findings and recommendations into presentation decks with a clear narrative and actionable insights
- You will collaborate as needed, with our Creative Operations Manager and Business Strategy division to present new CRO opportunities and contribute to client proposals
- You’ll consistently stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization
Essential Skills
- You have proven experience in CRO, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates
- You have client-facing experience supporting clients in a digital marketing agency environment
- You understand the requirements needed to manage a successful Experimentation program, and you are prepared to support clients through this journey
- You have effectively managed A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies in comparable positions
- You know how to leverage digital performance KPIs to develop ROI models to help clients prioritize recommendations
- You have been successfully incorporating and/or you have a passion for AI/ChatGPT, and understand its potential to streamline and improve CRO strategies
- You possess strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills. You know how to build persuasive, visually appealing presentations and reports to show clients how to create value with CRO
- You have deep analytical skills, and proficiency with using AB Testing tools, such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Kameleoon, or similar platforms
- In addition to your deep understanding of AB Testing tools, you are also the Subject Matter Expert with using and extracting insights from Research tools, such as Hotjar, Content Square, Fullstory, or similar platforms and are skilled in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- You participate in CRO thought leadership conferences and networking events, to ensure you stay up to date on innovations in that space

- You’ve successfully onboarded to your clients, and have gained a deep understanding of their CRO needs and objectives
- You’re collaborating with the larger Creative Services team on CRO and UX opportunities

Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 – $105,000/year Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
