Role Overview:

  • Title: Sourcing Team Lead
  • Salary: £50000-£65000
  • Location: Fully Remote

As the Sourcing Team Lead, you are pivotal in refining and executing our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that top-tier talent is sourced, engaged, and placed within our client companies. You’ll be instrumental in leading and growing our sourcing team, focusing on delivering quality results through data-driven and innovative sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the sourcing function to attract top-tier talent.
  • Apply established and innovative sourcing strategies to enhance delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team, promoting a data-driven approach to project delivery.
  • Handle sourcing projects across our client portfolio, setting the standard for excellence whilst the team is scaling. 
  • Utilise advanced search techniques and tools for comprehensive talent sourcing.
  • Lead by example in search pipeline construction and execution.
  • Craft and refine persuasive candidate outreach communications.
  • Embed Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives within all aspects of your work.
  • Collaborate with leadership to present data insights and strategic improvements to clients.
  • Embrace a product-led mindset towards talent acquisition, staying curious and eager to learn.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sourcing for tech start-ups or scale-ups.
  • Recent background in a Recruitment agency, RPO, or recruitment platform.
  • Proven track record in high-volume, high-velocity, and high-quality tech team building.
  • Expertise in optimising talent sourcing strategies for scalability and efficiency.
  • Demonstrable success in managing and growing a sourcing team.
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform and enhance recruitment strategies.

Recruitment process:

1st Stage: Screening call (VC, 15 minutes) 

2nd Stage: Skills based interview (VC, 45 minutes) 

3rd Stage: Case study presentation and Q&A (VC, 60 minutes) 

4th Stage: Culture meetings (VC or in Person where possible)
