As a Partner Solutions Architect, you’ll work closely with Ecosystem technical teams to provide guidance to partners to evaluate, scope, and position Device42. You’ll serve as the technical and product expert, articulating the best solutions for partners and will build and maintain Ecosystem training, technical collateral, and documentation across key use cases. This role requires in-depth interaction with partners in addition to technological depth and awareness.

What You Have:

  • 3-5+ years in a partner-focused sales engineering role.
  • The ability to assist Partner Managers in demonstrating the value of Device42 for partners across key use cases.
  • Experience demonstrating and delivering advanced technical training to partners.
  • Experience and understanding of cloud technologies, cloud migration tools, and data center technology strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical guidance to Ecosystem partners to evaluate, scope, and position Device42.
  • Lead technical evaluations of Device42, including COE technical leadership outside of end customer pursuits (those with defined opportunities).Design, build, and maintain refreshed Ecosystem training for partners.
  • Support technical integrations with Ecosystem partners (e.g. Freshworks, Atlassian).Prepare and maintain technical collateral and documentation for Ecosystem audiences.
  • Provide product demonstrations for Partner audiences outside of specific deal pursuit.
  • Design and deliver partner webinars and use case content for partner newsletters.
  • Assist Customer Success team with post-sale handover on project deals, including customer health checks to assess recurring usage.
  • Support Ecosystem team for partner-facing events and discussions.
  • Provide partner messaging and content for value-based messaging to partners.
  • Backfill and support the Solutions Architect team, where possible, as needed.
