They are now seeking a detail-oriented Service Desk Administrator to support their growing operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executive & Administrative:
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
- Manage team calendar, including holidays, leave, and appointments
- Handle general administrative duties and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Perform data entry for various projects
- ServiceDesk Support:
- Handle incoming calls and create support tickets
- Create and update technical documentation and how-to guides
- Maintain project administration in Asana
- Process customer-related documentation
- Assist with service desk operations as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written communication skills
- Proactive approach to tasks
- Experience with Confluence (highly desired)
Desirable Skills:
- Technical writing experience
- Asana project management software experience
- Adobe Acrobat Professional knowledge
- Previous helpdesk or customer support experience
