Getty Images (Seattle) Inc., is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – ServiceNow in Seattle, WA. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time.
Your Next Challenge:
Summary of Duties: Responsible for application maintenance, development, customization, design and function enhancements, troubleshooting, and support functions. This employee will work with IT management and business partners to design and implement a platform roadmap that continually increases and improves functionality and business value. This employee will be responsible for all stages of the development lifecycle, from design to release, leveraging all capabilities and customizations, both native to the platform and developed by our team. This role is a key resource in a process-oriented work environment, creating and streamlining efficient ServiceNow application solutions. Duties include: working with functional teams to deliver automated workflow solutions; integrating 3rd-party applications with ServiceNow; implementing platform upgrades and enhancements; configure Orchestration and Flow workflows; rolling out new custom functionality to meet business requirements; managing data within the platform via imports and updates. Telecommuting permitted.
What You Need:
Qualifications: Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Software Developer, Applications Developer, Programmer Analyst, System Engineer, or related occupation. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer, Applications Developer, Programmer Analyst, System Engineer, or related occupation will also be accepted.
This position requires the following certifications active and in good standing: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow ITIL v3 Certification.
Position also requires three (3) years of experience with ServiceNow Cloud Platform; ServiceNow Service Portal; ServiceNow Upgrade Process; ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, ITAM (all modules); ServiceNow CMDB (including mass imports and updates); ServiceNow Configuration of ITSM Service Catalog; ServiceNow System Administration, including managing, configuring, and implementing the platform using workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs; ServiceNow Implementations and Cloud migrations; JavaScript; Jelly Script; HTML; CSS; XML; AJAX; API integrations using REST, LDAP, SOAP, and JDBC, AngularJS; Using Script Includes for reusable code libraries; Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD).
