Brandwatch is seeking passionate, creative, client-centric thinkers to join our Solution Strategy team in North America. 
Brandwatch Solution Strategists are a global team of trusted advisors who partner with prospects and clients, helping them leverage the value of Media and Digital Consumer Intelligence to generate insights that drive meaningful business outcomes. We design and consult on solutions that combine Brandwatch cutting-edge technology with human intelligence at scale.  

In this role, you will make an impact on our clients and our organization by:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert internally and externally, evangelizing and educating about Media and Digital Consumer Intelligence and how it can be used to impact business outcomes across data sets, industries, functions, use cases and workflows. 
  • Building strategic partnerships with commercial teams to create and propose compelling solutions that will meet needs and increase speed to insights. 
  • Connecting the dots between Sales, Customer Success, and Insights | Services teams to create thoughtful solutions that drive meaningful client outcomes. 
  • Understanding strategic client/prospect business needs across sectors and functions, including but not limited to Marketing, Insights, Product, Analytics, and PR/Communications, to showcase how media and social intelligence can support them. 
  • Meaningfully contribute to strategic account and opportunity planning, execution and support while identifying opportunities to strengthen best practices and develop efficiencies across the business. 


  • Lead or participate in discovery discussions with strategic prospects and clients, guiding a fluid conversation to understand business priorities, goals and accountabilities, measures of success, key initiatives, and desired outcomes.  
  • Leverage our proven Solution Framework Process to synthesize and distill client needs, using desk research, your media and digital intelligence and industry expertise, along with your understanding of Brandwatch products and services to:  
  • Create a solution that maps organizational/functional goals to activities and initiatives, desired outcomes, KPIs and metrics of success, serving as a blueprint to support ongoing Brandwatch strategies/tactics. 
  • Recommend data infrastructures and reporting approach to support needs/goals. 
  • Collaborate on pricing for all services, including onboarding, technical builds, education, research studies, and ongoing reporting. 
  • Deliver a compelling client-facing proposal that makes complex information easily understandable. 
  • Confidently present proposals, research methodologies, frameworks, and case studies to prospects and clients. 
  • Create and present content for internal enablements, marketing initiatives, webinars, industry events, etc. 
  • Contribute to team revenue and retainment quota by supporting global new business opportunities and client renewals/upsells. 
  • Exhibit Media and Digital Consumer Intelligence subject matter expertise, proactively contributing to internal discussions and having a point of view in client conversations.                                         
  • Communicate clearly and produce concise and relevant proposals/recommendations for clients and prospects.   
  • Travel to onsite client and prospect meetings, events and functions when required (and possible). 

Skills, experience, and characteristics:

  • 7+ years relevant business experience working in the realm of Media/Social Intelligence/Digital Research, Digital Marketing or Market Research with demonstrated success.
  • Commercial experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies. 
  • Strong client-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to understand and support priorities and needs 
  • Invests in relationships with clients and colleagues. 
  • A strategic, curious thinker with the ability to ask thoughtful business questions and translate business requirements, technical and methodological details into benefits-driven sales documents. 
  • Proactive problem solver with curiosity and creativity; embraces challenges and change.
