About the Role:
- Writing highly performant rendering code that can work on low-spec devices with as little memory usage as possible
- Building innovative product features to help our users discover and consumer content
- Working on our open source shared UI components library
- Improving the video playback experience across different platforms and utilize innovations in browsers such as PWA (Progressive Web Apps) where possible
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of industry experience
- A passion for continuously shipping quality code with good test coverage
- Working understanding of browser internals, including networking and how the rendering cycle works
- Familiarity with Typescript
