About the Role
We are looking for talented Senior Product Managers to join our team. We are expanding our offerings both internally and externally at a fast pace and looking for a seasoned Product Manager to help take a new solution from ideation to market. Our products range from Automation (RPA), Content Management and Big Data Systems, and often our solutions have elements of all 3.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product development in collaboration with engineers and other business partners for new and existing products
  • Work with our design team on mockups/prototypes, and conduct user research
  • Update the Head of Product & C-Suite on findings, timelines and 
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products & features

Required

  • Worked in Product Management for 4+ years in a B2B solution
  • Experience in User Experience Design & UX Research
  • Excellent written / verbal / presentation skills
  • SQL, Data & Usage analytics
  • Experience running a SCRUM (Agile) methodology with an Engineering team
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in the relevant field of study

Bonus Skills

  • Have taken a B2B solution from ideation to market before
  • Experience of knowledge marketplaces 
  • Expertise in Figma, Ant Design System, DataGrip
  • Experience of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Help Desk)
  • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Looker, Big Query, Kubernetes, Compute Engine)
  • Have managed PMs and/or APMs in the past
  • Worked in multiple starts Startup
