We are looking for a product leader to own the vision and strategy of internal tools and intelligence-based logistics, which is fundamental to the continued growth of the business. Come be a part of our journey to disrupt an industry, the gig-economy labor market…and beyond!


  • Develop and champion for the product vision and roadmap of intelligence-based logistics and internal tools based on business and technology vision, user research, data analysis and in collaboration with other product managers and leaders in various departments.
  • Create detailed requirements and drive innovative, high-quality, and robust solutions to support business process and user experience optimization. 
  • With each launch, drive adoption, measure results, optimize product, present wins, celebrate team.
  • Serve as an SME of multiple functional areas.
  • Influence the business strategy and operations with product insights and a strong cross-functional leadership. 
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination across partners.
  • Be a major contributor to the long-term Bellhop product roadmap across product lines.

We are excited if you:

  • Have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or a related technical field; an MBA or Master’s degree in technology or business related fields would be a plus. 
  • Have 5+ years of strong product experience with a track record of successfully driving step-function changes and delivering results.
  • Have experience with intelligence based data products (including AI-powered products) and internal tooling. Specifically, pricing, estimation, dispatching, and sales analytics product experience would be a huge plus.
  • Product experience in a 2-sided or 3-sided marketplace is highly desirable.
  • Are proficient in extracting insights from product metrics and making data-driven decisions. 
  • Have strong organizational skills and influence across various departments.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action. 
  • Have a strong empathy and deep understanding in users’ frame of mind.
  • Learn by quickly testing out new hypotheses. 
  • Have experience in achieving consistent results in an environment with team members in distributed locations.

Compensation & Benefits
