We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to serve as our Senior Manager, Corporate & Technical Recruitment to support our company’s growth. 
The Senior Manager, Corporate & Technical Recruitment will be responsible for recruiting our Engineering and IT Teams and having complete oversight of our corporate recruitment function while leading, managing, inspiring, and motivating a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader and has a strong commitment to the collective and individual success of their team. They must be passionate about hiring and developing great talent advisors and have a track record of successfully delivering against the most difficult talent acquisition challenges. They will have outstanding business acumen, strong analytical thinking skills, operational excellence, and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
This role is REMOTE friendly and can be located anywhere in the US!

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute on full recruitment life cycle on Engineering, IT, Senior and Executive searches, and other corporate roles as needed
  • Develop a scalable recruiting strategy for our Software Engineering and Specialized Technology hiring while keeping DEI at the forefront of our efforts
  • Build, manage and oversee a team of recruiters, including handling performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and counseling
  • Creatively source and connect with top/leading/best-of-the-best engineering talent
  • Evolve the current frameworks of recruitment to accelerate our ability to grow
  • Partner with key stakeholders to determine future talent needs and set and drive sourcing strategies
  • Create team performance goals and metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
  • ​​Provide recruiting status reports to leadership; additional reports as needed
  • Coach, consult, and influence business leaders on talent best practices, processes, and programs
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition

About You

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience in the Engineering and IT space
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a talent acquisition leader, preferably in tech.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders/hiring managers and are able to work with, and influence multiple facets of the organization cross-functionally (VP, C-suite, etc)
  • Knowledge of U.S. immigration practices and processes
  • International experience creating offshore recruitment processes a plus
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders as a strategic business partner
  • Passionate about the hunt for the ideal candidate, and you enjoy finding creative and innovative ways to connect with people

  • Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, and attention to detail
