Senior Manager, Corporate & Technical Recruitment (Remote – Friendly)

What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute on full recruitment life cycle on Engineering, IT, Senior and Executive searches, and other corporate roles as needed
- Develop a scalable recruiting strategy for our Software Engineering and Specialized Technology hiring while keeping DEI at the forefront of our efforts
- Build, manage and oversee a team of recruiters, including handling performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and counseling
- Creatively source and connect with top/leading/best-of-the-best engineering talent
- Evolve the current frameworks of recruitment to accelerate our ability to grow
- Partner with key stakeholders to determine future talent needs and set and drive sourcing strategies
- Create team performance goals and metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
- Provide recruiting status reports to leadership; additional reports as needed
- Coach, consult, and influence business leaders on talent best practices, processes, and programs
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
About You
- 7+ years of recruitment experience in the Engineering and IT space
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a talent acquisition leader, preferably in tech.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders/hiring managers and are able to work with, and influence multiple facets of the organization cross-functionally (VP, C-suite, etc)
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration practices and processes
- International experience creating offshore recruitment processes a plus
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders as a strategic business partner
- Passionate about the hunt for the ideal candidate, and you enjoy finding creative and innovative ways to connect with people
- Start-up mentality – go-getter and open to thinking outside of the box
- Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate through a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment
