Senior Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Remote – US/Canada)

What You’ll Do
- Create compelling marketing assets, including landing pages, digital ads, white papers, and sponsorship materials
- Design illustrations, diagrams, and animations to explain complex technical concepts
- Support sales and marketing teams by designing case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers
- Ensure brand consistency across our website, documentation, and social media
- Develop templates for recurring design requests, such as social graphics and event handouts
- Contribute to the evolution of Nx’s brand identity as we expand our marketing presence
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or developer tools)
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical storytelling, UX design, and brand assets
- Skilled in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Strong communication skills – able to explain and advocate for design decisions in context of business goals
- Experience with web and ad design, including social media assets
- Understanding of accessibility standards and design best practices
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a fast-paced, distributed team; proactive communicator
- Strong autonomy in taking ownership of a problem and coming up with creative solutions
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in developer tools, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of software development processes and familiarity with modern workflows (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, version control systems)
- Familiarity with Git, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend concepts (not required, but helpful)
- Knowledge of motion design and animation for marketing campaigns
- Experience creating developer-focused marketing materials
