As a Senior Go Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our compliance systems. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering and compliance, you’ll collaborate closely with both teams to drive the implementation of our compliance tech strategy — particularly around cross-border payments and enterprise-grade automation. Your contributions will be instrumental in scaling mission-critical compliance capabilities that directly support and enable our broader business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience, startup experience a plus.
• Strong coding abilities in Golang core backend technologies, including but not limited to relevant languages 
• Exposure to TypeScript is a big plus
• Hands-on experience with database technologies (Postgres, Redis, and/or DynamoDB). 
• Proven experience building critical compliance tooling in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the blockchain or fintech space.
• Familiarity with Temporal and gRPC would be a strong plus
• Customer-centric mindset, with a demonstrated ability to turn high-level product requirements into elegant, scalable, and robust technical solutions.
• Experience working with complex, cross-functional teams including product, legal, risk, and operations to drive compliance initiatives from concept to production.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, GDPR) and how they impact product development and operational workflows.
• Track record of delivering high-impact solutions in a dynamic, growth-stage startup environment where adaptability and speed are critical.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Be able to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).

• Familiarity with the fast-moving world of fintech or crypto
