We’re looking for a hands-on, Excel-savvy Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This individual contributor role is critical in driving financial insights and reporting across the business. You’ll work closely with the CFO and executive team to develop forecasts, build models, and translate data into compelling stories that guide strategic decisions.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, lean startup environments and brings a strong financial foundation paired with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, including variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), ARR and revenue tracking, and board-level reporting.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and department leaders to drive budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investor communications, and critical decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within FP&A operations.
  • Provide support for compensation planning, cash flow forecasting, and other related financial activities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, with experience in SaaS or technology companies strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and deep Excel expertise; comfortable working with minimal tooling.
  • Experience preparing materials for executive teams, investors, and boards.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and limited systems while delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to “tell the story” behind the numbers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
