We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst position for our Shipper Solutions team! We are seeking someone who thrives in problem-solving, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights. If you’re a proactive collaborator with a knack for streamlining processes and finding innovative solutions, we’d love to meet you!
As a key team member, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify data, information, and insights they need. You’ll then design creative solutions to deliver these insights in an intuitive and easy-to-use format. By capturing requirements through interviews, feedback forms, usage reports, and industry best practices, you will prioritize and clarify those needs. You will lead or manage the development of enhancements to various analytical tools, ensuring their effectiveness through rigorous testing and validation. Your insights will continuously improve our processes and tools, driving better outcomes across the organization.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in transportation or supply chain industries supporting complex customers and high-volume pipeline
  • Proven experience in data manipulation and visualization (Preferably: Power BI, Excel; SQL)
  • Project management expertise with a focus on gathering and managing requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Experience partnering with pre-sales team
