We are looking for a passionate and proven scrum master/budget manager to help drive the adoption and maturation of agile delivery across technology and enterprise systems(es). The Enterprise Systems team is responsible for architecting, implementing, and operating the key systems and applications that power our GTM and Enable organizations. You will serve as a scrum master teams as we deliver our roadmaps, conduct experiments, and scale our practices. In addition, you will also provide budgetary management support for Enterprise Systems. . Your ideas and leadership will be critical in shaping the formation of the team and future of how we work across technology. This role will report to Director of Delivery planning within Enterprise Systems.
  • Serve as a scum master and partner with teams to deliver work across GTM, legal, and technology roadmaps.
  • Unlock team and individual potential through intentional relationship building, frequent experiments, and celebration of success.
  • Lead and direct complex and collaborative efforts across team goals and projects, work on significant and unique situations where analyses of situations or data requires deep evaluation
  • Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and 10x the way we work.
  • Modernize and scale up team, portfolio, and department level performance tracking – specifically financial (actuals and forecast) and department budgetary support.
  • 3-5+ years of project/program management experience
  • 3+ years of agile delivery/coaching
  • Bachelor's degree (highly preferred)
  • Experience delivering solutions in SaaS ecosystem
  • Experience driving adoption and maturation of work management systems (i.e. Jira)
  • Experience with team and project level financial tracking, accruals, and forecasting.
  • Team-centric mindset – demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment
  • A deep passion and understanding of the agile mindset, practices, and coaching
  • Intellectually curious with a desire to learn and willing to challenge conventional “IT thinking”
  • Strong understanding of IT financial planning and budget management
