Location: fully remote, reporting to the US.

Engagement: full-time, 40 hours per week.

About the client

Our client is a full-service design and marketing agency passionate about empowering their clients to make meaningful connections in the most out-of-the-box ways.

They work with sales and marketing teams at daring B2B companies to develop the most innovative and highly personalized campaigns, events and activations to get noticed.


  • On sales calls:
    • Creates agenda
    • Does background research on prospect or client
    • Takes diligent notes
    • Sends recap emails to clients
    • Creates timelines and tasks in Asana
    • Creates and manages calendar invites in the appropriate time zones
    • Relays any necessary information across departments for sales efforts
  • Pre-sale process:
    • Organizes all information for project pre-sale
    • Creates asana and HubSpot templates to track sales efforts efficiently
    • Makes call docs and does pre-call research
    • Ensures slide deck is prepped for the call with relevant info for prospect
  • Updates CRM (Hubspot) daily for all sales activity
    • Ensuring accurate forecasting for the sales team
  • Assists Account Director
    • Pricing and budget estimates
    • Developing proposal
    • Creative team requests, etc.
  • Prospecting, nurturing, and outreach
    • Follows up with prospects/clients and ensures Howdy stays top of mind through the sales process
    • Engaging via Social Media with prospects, leads, clients, partners, vendors, etc.
    • Identifying good fit prospects to develop a relationship
    • Book Discovery Call to identify opportunities
  • Creating efficient systems and processes for sales processes:
    • Creating workflows and automation in Hubspot and Asana to increase efficiency:
      • Creative requests for sales efforts
      • Proposal and revision phase
      • Contract and negotiation phase


  • Advanced English, both orally and written
  • Excellent communication skills – specially written for email communication
  • Highly organized and systematic
  • Highly proficient in Google products – drive, sheets, docs, email
  • Proficient in Asana
  • Proficient in HubSpot (not required, but bonus)
    • But must be able to do accurate research and work in HubSpot
