The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will work with Account Executives and the VP of Sales to source net new sales opportunities in North America using calling, emails, LinkedIn and other prospecting techniques. They should develop an understanding of Meroxa’s real time data platform and the technical considerations associated with it in order to have productive conversations with customers and assist account executives in running deals and booking meetings in target accounts.
The SDR will be responsible for curating a target list of accounts and working with account executives to secure meetings in their preferred accounts.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ months of BDR experience
  • Ability to demonstrate effective phone and email communication
  • Ability to effectively use LinkedIn, Investor press releases, personal history and other research methods to book meetings
  • Ability to source 10 meetings per month when fully ramped
  • Knowledge of SaaS, data analytics, and sales techniques
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools such as Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach
