The ideal candidate will come from a high-volume recruiting/sourcing call center environment.

In this role you will be responsible to source, qualify, interview and endorse prospective Mod Contractors for MSQ client projects globally. These recruiting assignments normally call for identifying the candidates in the following skill areas: moderation, chat, tickets and Tier1/Tier2 skill sets.
Our Recruiting leadership team is comprised of seasoned global recruiters who have exceptional Recruiting DNA. They are savvy, agile with strong work ethic and continue to recruit even in their leadership roles.
Who you are:
- Data-driven with keen attention to details
- Experience with global recruiting with high cultural awareness as we recruit in multiple languages in many countries
- 5+ years recruiting/sourcing full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting both contractors and full-time employees in a high-volume environment
- Familiar with ATS systems
- Internet and social media savvy
What you’ll do:
- Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements
- Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions
- Ability to identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database
- Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Work on multiple assignments simultaneously
WorkSpace Requirements:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Quality headset
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
