The Role
We’re looking for an all-star recruiter who can build and take our recruiting function to the next level. You have the ability to conquer any role we throw your way, and still keep your head high enough above water to build processes and strategies that make our recruiting function best in class.

What You'll Do
- Recruit for all go-to-market roles including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations
- Partner with VP, People and other members of the leadership team to build a best in class recruiting function
- Work hand-in-hand for our VP, Head of People to create the best recruiting function in the world
- Mentor junior members of our team
What We're Looking For
- A strong sales recruiting background. 2-4 years recruiting B2B SaaS Account Executives
- Experience recruiting for marketing, customer success, finance and operations role
- An ability to fill roles from Associate to Director
- A person who gets motivated by a challenge – no role is too difficult to fill for you
- Someone who has an opinion – we’re hiring you because we want you to make us better!
