CSA+Capstone is seeking Part Time on Call (PTOC) Simulation Analysts/Simulation Facilitators/Training Specialist/and Subject Matter Experts to help support the our full time counterparts in the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events from the company through the Combined Joint Task Force level. Our PTOC program is critical to our support to the customer and provides an outstanding opportunity to continue to support the training and exercise mission for United States Army Europe and Africa on a part time basis.
These positions could be located in Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, Kaiserslautern, Germany or any other location deemed necessary by the contract.
Qualifications for a Military Analyst/Role Player
- Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of specialized experience;
- OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and six (6) years of specialized experience;
- OR ten (10) years of specialized experience if no degree.
- MEL 4 / WOSSE / Ops SGM Course.
- Prior S3 or Division Level Chief of Plans.
- NATO and/or Joint assignment.
- Demonstrated experience in planning on brigade and/or higher staff.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, planning, preparation, and execution of exercises/events.
- Demonstrated experience operating with MS Office products.
- Demonstrated experience as a workstation operator on one of the following simulations:
- Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS).
- Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM).
- Corps Battle Simulation (CBS).
- Joint Deployment and Logistics Model (JDLM).
- Demonstrated experience on the set-up, configuration, test, and operation of one of the following systems or sub-systems:
- Command Post of the Future (CPOF).
- Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC).
- Global Command and Control System (GCCS).
- Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS).
- Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS).
- Must be able to travel on short notice to support various exercises.
- Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time under stressful conditions.
- Must possess valid state driver’s license and maintain post driving.
- Secret clearance.
Qualifications for a Simulation Facilitator/Response Cell
- Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of specialized experience;
- OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and six (6) years of specialized experience;
- OR ten (10) years of specialized experience if no degree.
- Previous experience with military simulations exercises such as set-up, configuration,test, and operation of Simulations Control Systems (for example: simulations: Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), Virtual Battle Simlation (VBS), Low Overhead Training Simulation (LOTS) and Mission Command Systems; Command Post of the Future, Command and Control Personal Computer, Global Command and Control Systems, Army Battle Command Systems, Counter-Rocket, Artillery, or Mortar Integrated Battlefield Defense System of Systems, and/or Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Systems).
- Experience using Microsoft Office products required.
- Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time under stressful conditions.

Qualifications for a Simulation Technician
- Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of recent specialized experience OR
- Associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of recent specialized experience OR
- A major certification plus seven (7) years of recent specialized experience OR
- Eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience if no degree.
- Three (3) years of recent and related experience.
- Experience in the maintenance of Windows workstations, Windows Servers, or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server/Workstation including software updates, patches, and baselines.
- Experience with creating databases such as those used in support of an exercise, event or testing.
- Experience with computer applications such as US DoD modeling and simulation defense programs.
- Must fluently speak, read, understand and write the English language.
- Must display superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform tasks under deadlines.
- Ability to work with senior government and industry leaders.
- Ability to display a very high degree of attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally work at a computer terminal for extended periods of time including beyond or outside of conventional/normal weekday business hours, e.g., 12-hour shifts, night-time shifts and weekend/holidays.
- DoD 8570.01M IAT II certification: CompTIA Security+ or higher Information Assurance certification.
- DoD interim secret security clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI access.
Qualifications for a Training Specialist
- Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of specialized experience;
- OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and six (6) years of specialized experience;
- OR ten (10) years of specialized experience if no degree.
