About the job

This position is needed to further develop and expand the newly formed Corporate Security Strategy team. The Program Manager is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and successfully coordinating all internal projects and initiatives across the Corporate Security, Health & Safety (CSHS) teams, to bring awareness and visibility to the needs of each team, and maintain the program initiatives that adhere to the organizational strategic objectives. This role will also be responsible for the management of CSHS key performance metrics to enable reporting on the overall health of the CSHS operational program, and to develop the standards, governance, and reporting requirements for annual assessments of each CSHS team's operational health.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with CSHS teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple interconnected projects within the department

  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing for new initiatives

  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

  • Develop program assessment protocols for ongoing evaluation and improvements

  • Organize and help manage priorities, decisions, and actions that require the attention of the CSHS Sr. Director

  • Coordinate, assist, and respond to internal and external audit and inspection requests

  • Design insightful and actionable reports for CSHS key performance indicators to focus on improvement

  • Support ongoing assessments of overall CSHS operational health

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

  • 5+ years in project  and/or program management role

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Experience rapidly solving problems and prioritizing critical tasks through alignment with stakeholders  

  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team. Will take the initiative to drive projects forward even under ambiguous circumstances

  • Proficiency in Google GSuite, presentation development, and metrics reporting development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with Corporate Security and/or Physical Security teams

  • PMP certification

  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Experience in a previous role in a global company

  • Knowledge/use of Airtable as a project management tool

Location 

This role will be remote, and based in the USA.

Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $99,360.00 – 136,620.00.

  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
