What You’ll Do and How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product messaging, positioning, customer communication, retention, and expansion strategies. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver unmatched eLearning solutions.

Your Work Will Focus On:

  • Product Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine our product messaging to resonate with our diverse customer base. Ensure that our value proposition is clear, compelling, and drives engagement.
  • Customer Insights: Be the expert on our customers. Understand their journey, gather feedback, and use this data to inform our marketing strategies. Conduct market research and transform insights into compelling business cases and testimonials.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement messaging across the whole customer lifecycle. You’ll start and optimize customer lifecycle programs to deepen product usage and increase lifetime value.
  • Sales and Customer Success Enablement: Equip our sales and customer success teams with the tools and training they need.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and Distribute Product Messaging: Create and maintain product and new features’ positioning, messaging, and core content that aligns with our target segments.
  • Design Marketing Campaigns: Initiate and support multi-channel campaigns to promote new features and updates, ensuring our customers are always in the loop.
  • Map Customer Journey: Track and document the customer journey, using insights to improve our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Design Customer Retention and Expansion Activities: Develop and implement strategies and activities aimed at retaining existing customers and expanding their usage of our products. This includes loyalty programs, customer feedback initiatives, targeted communication plans, and upsell/cross-sell campaigns to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Measure Success: Assess the effectiveness of our marketing programs and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize our efforts.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology space. Experience in eLearning or a related industry is also valued.
  • Experience running webinars, creating high-conversion landing pages, and using marketing tools (e.g., Customer.io, Beamer).
  • Highly creative and passionate about creating messaging for products and solutions.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that perform.
  • Strong, persuasive writer and effective presenter, comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with producing quality content using AI tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality, able to clearly articulate our product’s value proposition and how it solves buyers’ problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You excel at working with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships to achieve common goals.

Nice-to-have:

  • Proven experience in building landing pages that significantly improve conversion rates.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate our global presence.
  • Some knowledge and experience in lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in user analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel and HotJar).
  • Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with multivariate experiments.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Passionate about eLearning and excited to contribute to a company that’s making a difference.
