As a Principal Product Manager for Measurement you will own one of the company’s key investment areas, expanding the company’s data science and models which power cross-screen measurement. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company to focus the product roadmap to deliver maximum value to the organization and our customers.  You will also be directly responsible for driving the successful delivery of new features, functionality and implementations in new markets through your collaboration with a team of world-class engineers and data scientists.  This position is a unique opportunity for an experienced product leader to join a team trying to solve some of the most challenging problems in advertising.  

You will:

  • Product ideation to meet the changing measurement needs as ad tech landscape shifts (data collaboration, cross-screen measurement, aggregated data sets, etc)
  • Work closely with data science to continuously improve outcomes based measurement
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engineering and data science are focused on the right measurement questions that extend the platform’s measurement value and insights capabilities at scale.  
  • Work closely with data science and engineering to innovate solutions for processing and modeling new data sources to support measurement applications. You will solve problems such as modeling for privacy compliance with aggregated data, sample projection to full universes, panel management and calibration.
  • Influence cross-functional product teams to ensure measurement requirements are delivered (identity graphs, activation, etc) 
  • Externally engage with and serve on industry working groups related to measurement. Internally be a subject matter expert on all things measurement.

About you: 

  • 5+ years of Product Management or relevant product development experience in software, internet, or digital advertising space.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably, with a concentration in math, statistics, or other quantitative heavy fields.
  • Experience with advertising measurement.  
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.
  • Strong diagnostic and insight skills; ability to find trends and patterns in data and explain them clearly.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills that bring customer focused ideas to the projects 
  • Exceptional communicator and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and assertive individual with strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with media analytics, measurement panel selection and calibration.
