As a Principal Product Designer at 15Five, you will be accountable for a demonstrable impact on our customers and our business through the design of our platform as both a hands-on maker and strategic leader.

- Prototype and test quickly, applying your learnings to your designs on a daily basis

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments
- A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality for making customers successful through design
- Significant experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact
- A portfolio demonstrating impactful product design work, as well as vision and concept cars, from a variety of projects
- Experience with AI-driven UX and machine learning-powered design systems
- Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other stakeholders
- Visual thinker who loves to show their work and receive feedback
- Able to see the big picture but know that design is the details
