Are you driven by data? Are you a Master of Data modernization custom solutions?
We are looking for an innovative and technology-driven Principal Architect, Data Modernization Custom Solutions for our Data & Dynamics Team . You will focus on strategic initiatives for Long View’s clients in the Azure integrations and custom development portfolio. Utilizing your strong technical and management consulting skills, you will solve business challenges and create business outcomes involving application modernization and integrations. You will perform strategic business solutions sales, solutions, art-of-the-possible workshops, demos, and envisioning sessions with our clients.

A Day in the Life:

  • Work with the VP & Dynamics to develop and create a portfolio of highly differentiated practice and cross-practice solutions, specifically in the Azure Applications, Data and Dynamics 365 portfolios.
  • Create strategies and execute on plans to achieve targets as identified in the one-page plan.
  • Support account planning process with sales operations and Account Managers to optimize sales opportunities in all key accounts for the branch.
  • Guide and lead the strategic sales process through to closure including authoring the required documents (proposals, RFPs, RFIs) and contracts (SOW, SOR, SoS)
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities and build sales strategies for identified opportunities.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of opportunities to support the delivery of territory revenue targets.
  • Host presentations and/or education sessions as required.
  • Explore AI to enhance applications and data solutions. Consider AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
  • Dynamics 365 – Product Stack Experience: Familiarize yourself with the Dynamics 365 suite, including modules for CRM, ERP, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Dive into the Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Understand how these low-code tools empower organizations to build custom solutions rapidly

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of industry experience working as a subject matter expert software development, enterprise architecture, and integrations
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions that create business outcomes
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions)
  • Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise
  • Ability to grasp new technology concepts rapidly and assess their relevance for client solutions
