Essential Qualifications:
- 10 years in IT with a focus on enterprise data architecture.
- 8 years in data modeling and science.
- Familiarity with AWS AI/ML algorithm modeling.
- 10 years in Relational and Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Proficient in AWS data processing (e.g., EC2, S3, Redshift).
- Solid grasp of BI/Data Warehouse methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, or similar.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Expertise in Advanced AI Domains: Proficiency in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Entity Resolution, and Time-Series Analysis, showcasing a broad and deep understanding of AI technologies.
- Deep Learning and Big Data Skills: Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and proficiency in managing big data and distributed computing environments (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Dask).
- Practical Experience with Scientific Python: Demonstrated ability in using Scientific Python and familiarity with a variety of open-source Data Science technologies, highlighting versatile technical skills.
- Client Engagement and Collaboration: Excellent skills in engaging with clients, coupled with a strong ability to collaborate on new ideas and concepts, indicating both interpersonal and creative capabilities.
- Innovation and Team Leadership: Experience in creating and implementing innovative roadmaps and aligning teams for efficient delivery, reflecting leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Data Process Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing and moving data through various processes, ensuring accountability for outcomes, emphasizing operational and execution skills.

A Typical Day:
- Analyze complex datasets for patterns or performance evaluation.
- Apply ML techniques to immigration-related datasets.
- Present findings in reports or presentations.
- Lead design and tech support to ensure identity management systems meet security requirements.
- Advise senior executives in a public-facing Federal agency on security architecture and other domains.
- Actively working on enhancing the automated Identity Resolution Queue (IRQ) within data pipelines.
- Owning and improving the ML feedback loop, with a focus on learning from resolutions.
- Developing and offering matching as a product to key systems aiming to integrate and streamline processes.
Additional Requirements:
- Weekly reporting on recruitment activities to fulfill this critical role, as per customer request.
- Hands-on involvement in aligning manual solutions towards more automated, innovative approaches.
