Join our team as a PPC Campaign Manager (m/f/d) – Freelance!

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee the paid User Acquisition department!
  • Create and execute UA strategies to engage and attract both existing and new audiences.
  • Recruit and hire external experts to assist in producing (animated, video, and playable) ads.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize performance campaigns across various channels (especially Social Media platforms such as Facebook)
  • Expand our user base and achieve a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and low Cost per Install (CPI)
  • Design and implement the User Acquisition process, including independent campaign launches and monitoring
  • Provide direct reports to the C-Level executives and support data-driven strategic decision-making
  • Identify and manage external advertising partners and service providers, such as ad networks and freelancers


  • You are proficient in digital/performance marketing, media buying, and user acquisition strategies for games.
  • You have expertise in designing, creating, and implementing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on Facebook.
  • You are strongly familiar with Facebook Ad Manager.
  • You have hands-on experience with ad attribution tools such as Adjust, Kochava, Branch Metrics, Tune.
  • You have excellent skills in data analysis and knowledge of relevant KPIs.
  • You have a strong ability to apply analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • You have previous experience and expertise in the (hyper) casual gaming market, particularly with mobile games and genres such as Facebook Instant Games, Word Riddles, Quiz, and Trivia Games.
  • Nice to have: Google Ad Manager, Facebook Audience Network, and similar platforms are advantageous.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with large databases and various analytics tools including Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Supermetrics.
  • Nice to have: Direct experience with MySQL.
