Are you passionate about employee experience and working closely with management to assist the teams in supporting their goals? This newly created role, which can be based anywhere in the UK, will work as part of a talented team of globally distributed HR professionals committed to delivering an outstanding partnering service.
What your new job can look like
At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but your key priorities will include:
- Working closely with a portfolio of teams supporting generalist HR activities and people processes
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership roles, and supporting the delivery of people strategies
- Partnering with others in the P&C team to design and implement initiatives promoting team member engagement, retention and development
- Driving impactful employee experience initiatives such as remuneration review, performance management and engagement surveys to name just a few!
- Providing recruitment and onboarding support, working closely with the management team to attract, select and induct the very best talent for Moodle
- Working closely with the P&C team to support, motivate, collaborate and champion workplace culture – we walk the talk!
Requirements
We’d love to meet you
Especially if you can talk to us about your:
- Proven experience as a P&C/HR Business Partner, with experience advising and guiding senior management in people related strategies and operational matters
- Passion for enhancing the employee experience, with skills in the development and/or delivery of employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to provide an advanced level of HR support – in areas such as change management, performance and productivity, workforce design and leadership development
- Interpersonal and communication skills that build trust and rapport with your stakeholders, including management and individual contributors alike
- Ability to work flexibly – we’re a globally distributed team and at times that means a little flexibility to facilitate meetings – but don’t worry, that goes both ways!
