Methods is currently recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis (25 hours per week) for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be predominately working remotely.

Requirements
As the Payroll Coordinator you’ll work to ensure our colleagues are paid correctly and on time. A big part of your job will be to partner with our external payroll provider ADP to ensure a smooth and seamless payroll.
Our ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration and deep knowledge of payroll regulations. We also value integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Payroll inbox and answer all payroll related queries
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Understanding of payroll and taxes
- Work closely with our payroll provider ADP to ensure payroll is successfully submitted monthly
- Submitting data to ADP relating to any payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises)
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Liaise with Finance with the payroll processes
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and drive payroll compliance with reporting
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements and skills
- Experience using ADP Payroll platform
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- A flexible and positive attitude towards change; resilient, self-motivated
- Excellent understanding of payroll and taxes
- A keen eye for detail
- An analytical mind and good math skills
- Familiarity MS Office (especially Excel)
