Partner Marketing Manager – Managed Service Provider (MSP)
1Password Remote (US or Canada) Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Recruitment & Growth: Develop and implement marketing programs to attract, onboard, and enable MSPs and other channel partners, driving partner engagement and activation
- Joint Marketing Programs: Plan, design, and execute co-marketing initiatives, including to-partner and through-partner campaigns leveraging digital channels, events, and tailored content to drive demand generation, lead conversion, and revenue
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing collateral such as whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars to support partner success.
- Partner Event Support: Support the design and onsite execution of 1Password sponsorship for MSP and channel-focused events, in collaboration with the Director of Field & Corporate Events.
- Enablement & Training: Partner with the Channel Enablement team to create and deliver training materials and activation resources for both internal teams and partner sellers.
- MDF Management: Oversee the Market Development Funds (MDF) program, ensuring efficient allocation, ROI tracking, and compliance with program guidelines.
- Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, provide actionable insights, and report results through dashboards and summaries.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and consistent communication of goals.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of B2B MSP and VAR partner marketing experience, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry
- Strong project management, and organizational skills with a track record of managing budgets, and multiple priorities.
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proven success in managing strategic partnerships and implementing successful marketing programs.
- Deep understanding of partner demand generation, partner field marketing and partner event management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in leveraging analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
- Expertise in developing co-marketing strategies and managing cross-functional teams.
