About the role

As the Paid Social Specialist for Taskrabbit for our European markets, you'll be responsible for our marketing endeavours, driving client acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. You will own the campaign planning, creative development, execution, and reporting across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more. This role requires a strong understanding of these platforms as well as hands-on experience to craft strategic, creative solutions and flawlessly execute initiatives that align with our company goals.

We seek someone who is obsessed with data and can confidently navigate budget discussions to make justified cases as to where and how to spend marketing budget. Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation and execution of effective paid social media strategies across channels such as Meta and Tiktok to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop testing roadmap and strategy for all Paid Social channels. 
  • Use data analysis and platform knowledge to scale our existing social media campaigns and launch new tests to efficiently drive conversions.
  • Monitor the ongoing pacing, performance, and ROI across all paid social campaigns.
  • Responsible for audience research, lift studies, and A/B testing creative, messaging, CTA and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with our content team to identify messaging that resonates with our audience.
  • Partner with in-house design teams to build robust image and video content for campaigns.
  • Work with data and engineering teams to implement new tools to take campaigns to the next level as well as maintain accurate tracking and measurement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid social best practices and technologies, while acting as the subject matter expert and share these insights across the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in paid social media planning and buying at an agency or equivalent experience working brand/client side.
  • Experience in operating within and outside of last-click measurement solutions strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in relevant social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube.  Experience with TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ads is also desirable but not required. 
  • Highly organised individual with strong writing & communication skills.
  • Able to work with internal designers or creative agencies to build robust platform-specific content. Experience with Smartly.io is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel/Sheets experience and knowledge of analytics tools to gather and analyse data to inform strategies and optimizations.
  • Demonstrable ability to articulate testing roadmaps and campaign ideas.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The annual gross pay range for this position is £53,000 – £67,000. This is the base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
