Job Title: Marketing and Bid Writing Specialist

As our Marketing and Bid Writing Specialist, you will be instrumental in building a sales pipeline from various marketing channels. You will execute BibliU’s day-to-day content creation in tandem with the Content Marketing Manager, consistent with our unique selling proposition and strategy. You will help build and enable our network of introducers and industry advocates through referral campaigns. You will also take a lead position in writing and designing responses to RFPs. Finally, you will monitor and analyze performance of marketing activities in order to optimize results.
This is a hands-on position with visible and direct impact on our success. We are looking for an experienced high achiever with at least 4 years in the same or similar role.
What you will be doing:
Lead on writing and designing content for responses to RFIs/RFPs/tenders
Identify and keep the company abreast of “movers and shakers” in the higher ed course materials space in order to build a network of introducers and references.
Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager on doing market research and managing the editorial calendar of marketing collateral
Support the SVP Marketing and Content Marketing Manager in assessing and overseeing third party partners, such as design and writing tools/agencies, PR agencies, and freelances.
Measure performance of marketing programs on a regular and ongoing basis
