What will you be doing at DeepL?
DeepL is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Manager that will lead, coach and develop a highly driven and enthusiastic team of lead generation and lead qualification professionals. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective DeepL customers and is key to the success of DeepL.
The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record as a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR/Lead Gen Rep/MDR) in both, Inbound and Outbound motions and experience in managing and inspiring a team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly/quarterly targets in addition to delivering feedback to marketing and sales management about lead quality and process improvements.
