About the Role:

As the Manager of Corporate Finance, you will execute on all financial aspects of Fetch’s corporate development, financial forecasting and planning, and performance tracking initiatives, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in guiding Fetch’s financial and investor strategy, optimizing company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company’s growth and objectives. This role will report to the VP of Corporate Finance, and you will own financial modeling, drive strategic assessments, and act as a key liaison with the investment community.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial due diligence for fundraising, investment, acquisition, and partnership efforts, including building presentation materials and data driven analyses, and managing processes and timelines.
  • Own and drive storytelling across business and financial reporting (for internal, board of directors, and external audience) and ensure a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy in reporting and business insights.
  • Build industry / peer reporting and analyze / summarize industry, competitor, and valuation information and perspectives from the investment community.
  • Support broader Corporate Finance team with work streams such as financial reporting, forecasting, budget management, business reviews, and strategic initiatives. 
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making, collaborating cross-functionally to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or corporate finance related roles. Experience in technology or ad tech is a plus.
  • Prior experience working on capital raising or M&A projects, including deal diligence.
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $195,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
