We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong insurance background, and excellent customer service skills. As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, cross-selling additional products, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat to understand their insurance needs. Provide expert advice to help our customers find suitable insurance coverage.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (volume and GWP) and performance metrics while delivering a top-notch customer experience.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers to maximize premium and ensure that customers’ businesses are fully covered
- Ensure timely follow-up on promised customer communications including callbacks and emails
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Adhere to all state and federal insurance regulations and company policies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
What we are looking for:
- Must have an active Property & Casualty Producer license
- 2+ years of experience selling within the insurance industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to deeply understand customer needs and tailor sales communications to confidently sell the benefits of our products to each customer
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to utilize CRM and other sales tools proficiently
Additional Information about the role:
- You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus a lucrative monthly commissions structure
- Must be flexible to work within the hours of 8am-8pm Eastern Time, M-F – shift bids are performed quarterly with order of selection determined by performance rankings
