Procon Consulting seeks a skilled Kahua Application Developer to design, develop, implement, and support custom applications built using Kahua’s low-code platform (kBuilder). These applications help companies manage construction projects and workflows efficiently. The role requires expertise in Microsoft software development tools, integration with third-party applications, and providing ongoing support for both internal and external clients.
 
Core Responsibilities:
 
Application Development & Customization
·       Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications on the Kahua platform.
·       Utilize Kahua’s APIs, scripts, and configuration tools to build solutions that meet specific business needs.
·       Customize workflows, forms, and reports to optimize project management processes.
Solution Design & Integration
·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
·       Create detailed functional and technical documentation for developed applications.
·       Integrate Kahua applications with third-party systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
·       Design and implement data integration workflows and ensure their proper execution.
Troubleshooting & Support
·       Resolve technical issues related to Kahua applications, ensuring smooth operations.
·       Provide ongoing maintenance and updates for deployed solutions.
·       Assist in creating documentation and providing support for Kahua’s partner network.
Collaboration & Training
·       Work closely with project teams to deliver projects successfully.
·       Provide training and support to end-users on custom applications and new features.
Continuous Improvement
·       Stay informed on new Kahua features and industry trends.
·       Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the performance and usability of existing applications.
 
Qualifications:
 
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
·       Proven experience in developing applications on the Kahua platform.
·       Strong understanding of construction industry workflows and project management.
·       Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
·       Experience with APIs, scripting, and integration with third-party systems.
·       Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL), data integration techniques, and reporting tools.
·       Experience with XML, JSON, HTML, and report development is a plus.
·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·       Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·       Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
·       Experience in the construction, engineering, or project management sectors.
·       Kahua platform certifications or certifications in other project management tools.
·       Familiarity with construction industry standards and best practices.
