TechRadar is looking for a creative, proactive and innovative writer to build out our news and commercial content on TechRadar Pro. You’ll become an integral part of a small B2B news team, working alongside the wider TechRadar team and covering topics such as security, cloud, AI and more.

The ideal candidate will have some writing or editorial experience, ideally in the technology or B2B space, and have good existing knowledge of TechRadar Pro’s key verticals, such as security, cloud, hardware etc.

What you’ll be doing…

As Junior Writer, you’ll be writing news, features, reviews, ecommerce deal articles and SEO-focused content for the site. You’ll be responsible for meeting all your deadlines and liaising with colleagues to ensure you produce high-quality content that, above all else, meets the needs of the readers. 

While you might not have the expertise to cover everything from cybersecurity to cloud storage in depth (don’t worry, we have a great team who know these areas to help out) you’ll need an analytical mind and will be constantly assessing what the reader wants, to deliver the required high-quality content.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Fantastic writing skills and some experience of writing for online.
  • Ambitious, adaptable and upbeat.
  • Some understanding of SEO.
  • A basic knowledge of the B2B technology industry.
  • Ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and easily-understood fashion.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.

The expected range for this role is £24,000 – £25,000.

This is a Remote based role.
