We are looking for a proven performer to help fuel our client’s aggressive growth strategy and complement our unique company culture. The Junior Renewals Coordinator position supports Renewal Associates in delivering top-notch support and accuracy regarding renewals for our customers.

Our Client: They focus on delivering products and services within our core practices: Cloud, Security, Network, Privacy & Compliance.

The Junior Renewals Coordinator plays an active role in assisting our Renewals Associates with quoting, pricing and forecasting our renewal sales opportunities. The Junior Renewals Coordinator strives to provide timely and accurate renewal quotes to customers and accurate renewal order forecasting to management. This person will also ensure vendors provide accurate and timely quotes, creating customer-facing quotes, pipeline forecasting, and ad-hoc operational assistance as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with partners to get accurate cost quotes and turn around customer facing quotes
  • Build partner and distributor relationships in order to get timely and accurate pricing
  • Build strong relationships with internal team to meet renewal deadlines
  • Use QuoteWerks to create customer renewal quotes
  • Work closely with Renewal Associates to update Salesforce data and provide accurate forecasting to management
  • Put together reports based on renewal order KPI’s
  • Assist the Renewals Specialists with order follow up
  • Ad Hoc Operations Assistance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience as a Renewal Specialist, Coordinator, or related.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support for SaaS companies
  • Salesforce experience
  • Quoting experience
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills
