Requirements

Interlaced is looking to hire a contracted IT Support Associate in the Buenos Aires area. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy Tier 1 Technician to join our Onboarding & Offboarding (OBOF) team. This role focuses on managing IT account setup and device prep for new hires and secure offboarding for departing employees across our client base.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate we are looking for has a technical skill-set, and stays up to date with the latest technology trends. The ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes is a must. The candidate must be personable and have the ability to interact with each level of the client’s business, from the front desk to the CEO. The ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users is a requisite.

  • Create and remove user accounts (email, apps, permissions, SSO)
  • Remotely prepare and configure laptops and basic device settings
  • Host friendly, helpful “Day One” video calls with new users
  • Follow structured checklists to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and task management skills
  • Excellent communication (English)—proactive, clear, professional, and friendly
  • Comfortable following and improving structured workflows
  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g., account setup, device settings, Google/M365)
  • Bonus: experience with ticketing tools, MDMs, SSOs, project management, or customer support

This is a full time contract position working remotely to assist end users through remote sessions via chat, phone and email. The candidate is expected to have a dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection.

Candidates should possess B2 or higher proficiency in English.

This position is from the hours of 8am – 5pm Eastern Time (UTC -7 / -8), Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We anticipate opening a local Buenos Aires office that will require in-office work 3 days a week in 2025.
